Educational information only — this site cannot diagnose ADHD or replace professional care.

Finn the Focus Fox, the friendly guide who appears throughout ADHD Unlocked

Not sure where to begin? Find a path that fits.

Pick whoever you are today. Each path asks two or three plain questions, then points you at guides we've already published. Nothing is scored, nothing is saved, and you can stop at any point.

Would rather read a page instead? Adult ADHD or Parents and kids.

Not sure where to look? Ask Finn a question — Finn points you to reviewed guides and videos. Finn does not diagnose ADHD and is not a crisis service.

What have you got capacity for right now?

Your choice, not a test. Nothing is scored or saved to a profile — you can change it at any time.

Published videos will appear here. Only videos published to a live production channel are ever shown.

How ADHD Unlocked works

  • Calm by design

No adverts, no pop-ups, no autoplay and nothing to buy. Just clear information in a quiet space.

  • Reviewed before publishing

Every guide and video is checked against sources and approved by a person. Nothing publishes automatically.

  • Honest about limits

We explain ADHD; we never diagnose, treat, or promise outcomes. Professional care stays with professionals.

Common questions

Can this website tell me whether I have ADHD?

No. ADHD Unlocked is educational information only. It cannot diagnose ADHD and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.

If you recognise yourself or your child in what you read here, the next step is a conversation with your GP or an equivalent health service.

What is ADHD, in plain language?

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a recognised neurodevelopmental difference affecting attention, activity level and self-regulation.

It is not caused by a lack of effort, intelligence or good parenting.

Do you give advice about medication or treatment?

No. Decisions about assessment, medication or any other treatment belong with a qualified clinician who knows the person involved.

We focus on understanding ADHD and on everyday practical strategies.

Can ADHD be recognised for the first time in adulthood?

Many adults look into ADHD for the first time later in life, often after recognising long-standing patterns. Whether ADHD is present can only be established through a professional assessment.
